To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to carry out the provisions of the "Implementation Opinions of the Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions on Further Strengthening the Work of Serving the Revitalization and Development and the Workers' Masses," "Jinzhou City's Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs (2023–2025)," and "Jinzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions' Three-Year Work Implementation Plan for Serving Revitalization and Development and Strengthening Workers' Innovation and Creativity (2023–2025)," we will fully leverage the functional role of trade union organizations.
We will solidly advance the city's industrial workforce development, improve workers' skills and quality, organize and mobilize workers across the city to contribute in their positions, unleash creative potential, and enhance innovative capabilities. We will conduct in-depth job drills, technical exchanges, and skills training, actively participate in technological innovation, technical collaboration, and rationalization proposal activities, leading city workers to actively practice the concept of innovative development, and provide strong talent support for promoting Jinzhou's high-quality construction as the central city of western Liaoning and accelerating comprehensive revitalization.
The Jinzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Jinzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has decided to jointly organize the 10th "Top Scholar Cup" Worker Vocational Skills Competition and the Citywide Worker Innovation Achievement Transformation Competition.
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, focusing on "safety production, improving efficiency, enhancing quality, innovating technology, and energy conservation and emission reduction."
The Innovation Achievement Transformation Competition is divided into two categories: Transformation of 'Five Small' Innovations and Transformation of Innovation Studio Achievements.
In July 2023, Liu Jian from our company's generator design department participated in the vehicle generator efficiency improvement project and won the first prize in Jinzhou City.
The Employee Innovation Achievement Transformation Competition will award first, second, and third prizes. Each category will have 2 first prizes, each with a reward of 5,000 yuan; 4 second prizes, each with a reward of 3,000 yuan; and 6 third prizes, each with a reward of 2,000 yuan.
The leading person of each winning project will also receive an honorary certificate for the respective award.
All participants in the innovation achievement transformation projects will have their positions conferred the honorary title of "Employee Innovation Demonstration Post".
Projects that win first, second, or third prizes will be given priority for recommendation to participate in the relevant provincial-level competitions in 2023.
